  • Restrictions on Realistic Nudity: We do not permit cover images that display realistic depictions of nudity including the vagina, anus, nipples, penis, or testicles. Additionally, “Female” breasts must be at least halfway covered on all cover images.

Payment and Fees

Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: Jezebel-Rose.com charges a commission of 20% on all sales made through the platform. This commission is deducted from the gross sales amount before the net proceeds are disbursed to the author or publisher. (We expect this to lower to 5-7% over 2025.)

Changes to Commission Rates

  • Review and Adjustment: The commission rate is subject to review and potential adjustment on a six-month basis. Our goal is to reduce the commission to 10% within the next year, aiming to make the platform more financially accessible for authors and publishers.
  • Notification of Changes: All registered users will be notified of any changes to the commission rates at least 30 days before any new rates take effect. This notice will be provided via email and will also be posted prominently on the platform.

Payment Distribution

  • Payment Schedule: Payments to authors and publishers are processed monthly. Payments are made for sales occurring in a given month, typically disbursed within 30 days of the month’s end.
  • Payment Methods: We offer payments via direct deposit, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods. Authors and publishers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information and for any fees associated with their chosen payment method.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Taxes: Authors and publishers are responsible for paying any taxes associated with their earnings from the site. Jezebel-Rose.com will provide necessary documentation for tax purposes, such as 1099 forms for U.S. residents, where applicable.
  • Accounting Queries: Should you have any questions regarding your payments, or if discrepancies arise, please contact us immediately. We strive to resolve all queries promptly and transparently.

By selling on Jezebel-Rose.com, authors and publishers agree to these payment and fee structures. We recommend keeping informed about any changes to this policy through regular reviews of our Terms of Service and updates communicated via our platform and emails.

Bi-Monthly Same-Day Payouts

  • Eligibility for Same-Day Payouts: After an initial 30-day holding period for newly registered accounts or new payment methods, authors and publishers may be eligible for same-day payouts of approved funds. This feature is available twice monthly, allowing for more flexible and timely access to earnings.
  • Schedule for Same-Day Payouts: Eligible users can request same-day payouts, which may occur twice per month at no charge. The specific dates will be communicated in advance each month and can be found in the user’s account dashboard. Additional same-day payouts after two uses for the allotted month may be completed with only a transaction fee of up to an additional 3% or $5, whichever is higher.
  • Process for Requesting Payouts: To qualify for a same-day payout, requests must be submitted through the platform’s payment interface by 12:00 PM (noon) local time on the scheduled payout day. Requests submitted after this cutoff will be processed on the next scheduled payout day.
  • Availability and Limitations: Same-day payouts are subject to the availability of funds and the operational capabilities of our payment processing partners. While we aim to provide this service consistently, please be aware that external factors such as banking holidays and processing delays can affect the availability of funds.
  • Payout Methods: Payouts will be processed using the payment method specified in the user’s account settings. It is crucial for users to maintain up-to-date and accurate payment information to facilitate timely and correct payment distribution.

This bi-monthly same-day payout option is designed to enhance the financial flexibility for our authors and publishers, helping them to better manage their earnings efficiently and predictably.

Additional Limitations of Liability

General Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JEZEBEL-ROSE.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not JEZEBEL-ROSE.COM has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
